News from Sustainable Winegrowing Australia

After a busy membership renewal period, the Sustainable Winegrowing Australia team has crunched the numbers and is delighted to report some significant membership milestones:

• 48 per cent growth in overall program membership in FY22
• The number of certified members more than doubled in FY22
• There are 1,062 members as of 15th September, up almost 15 per cent from 30 June 2022
• Almost 700 people completed certification training and are preparing for certification in FY23.

This momentum reflects the strong and growing commitment to sustainability across the Australian grape and wine community. The team is currently reviewing all of the data submitted during the renewal period, with benchmarking reports to be released to members in October.
