Mates of Mundoonen: Birds, Bear, Biscuits and Biodiversity

What: Mundoonen Nature Reserve sits between the Upper Lachlan and Yass Valley Shires. The Mates of Mundoonen is a WIRES funded project led by local Landcare groups from the Gunning and Yass Districts.
Join the “Mates” for morning tea to find out how koalas and Spotted Quail-thrush are faring in the Reserve. Ecologist Tony Saunders will be sharing his expertise in attracting native birds to local landscapes, and ANU researcher, Dr Karen Ford, will share her insights into koala habitat and feeding ecology.
When: 9:30am for a 10am start, Sunday 23rd May 2021
