Dance-for-Wellbeing-in-Yass

Southern Tablelands Arts presents Dance for Wellbeing. This one hour class is for everyone who wants to dance, specifically: people with Parkinson’s, chronic pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injury, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis, neurological conditions and other physical/mobility complaints, their carers, partners and friends.

Participants will learn choreographed dance and movement for physical health, wellbeing and a love of dance in a socially connected environment. No dance experience is required, and two left feet are welcome!

When: Each Thursday from 30 March – 15 Jun, 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Where: St Clements Hall, 20 Church Street, Yass.
Cost: The first 2 terms are free to attend, please ensure you book. From term 3, the cost will be $10 per session, which includes a cuppa.
