The NSW Department of Primary Industry in collaboration with NSW Wine has issued an invitation to viticulturalists and wine growers to attend the 2023 Chardonnay Masterclass on Wednesday 24 May in Orange.

Led by Adam Walls (Wine Selectors), this masterclass will examine Chardonnay in detail. Participants will hear from viticulturists Liz Riley (Vitibit), Nick Dry (Foundation Viticulture), and Justin Jarrett (See Saw wines) on management practices, clonal selection, regional styles and composition of Chardonnay wines from across NSW wine regions.

There will also be four separate tasting panels including sparkling wines and table wines from NSW, Australia, France, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA. Each panel session includes feedback from some of industry’s best winemakers including Ed Carr (Accolade Wines) and Steve Flamsteed (Wine Network Consulting) and more.

Cost: $110 per person (including GST)
